This Privacy Policy describes how Conceivable, Inc. ("Conceivable", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information through the Conceivable Periodmobile app (the "App"), a cycle-tracking and wellness tool that includes the Kai AI assistant and supporting care-team characters.
Because the App is designed for menstrual-cycle and wellness tracking, we collect sensitive personal data, and this policy is written to be specific about what happens to it.
Your identity information (name, email, account credentials) is stored separately from your health and wellness data. Health entries, chat messages, and AI memories are linked to your account by internal identifiers only. When you delete your account, a deletion cascade permanently removes all linked data across both tiers.
We use App information to:
We do not use App data — health entries, conversations with Kai, your Score, AI-extracted memories, wearable data — for advertising. We do not sell App data.
The Conceivable Period AI layer is model-agnostic by design. For our current release, we send AI requests to Anthropic (Claude). If we change provider in the future, we will update this policy.
We use AI in several places, including:
(a) Chat with Kai. On each message we may send: your first name; your health profile (including your assessment answers, health conditions, medications, wellness score and category breakdown); a snapshot of your current cycle (cycle day, fertility-window status, last/next period); recent conversation history; and your message.
(b) Photo analysis. If you choose to upload an image — such as a food photo, supplement or medication label, lab result, or tongue photo for analysis — that image is sent to Anthropic to generate a response. Photos are not stored by us or by Anthropic beyond the time needed to process your request. They exist only in transit.
(c) Other AI features— including conversation titles, score summaries, daily check-in synthesis, supplement recommendations, deeper analysis, and meal planning — each sends only the health and profile context needed for that feature.
Memories.Kai may save short structured "memories" derived from your conversations to personalize future responses. You can view and delete these in the App.
We instruct our AI provider (Anthropic) not to train its models on your data. Anthropic's API usage policy states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train models. Providers may retain request data for a short period for abuse prevention and debugging, after which it is deleted.
The numeric Conceivable Score, cycle prediction, fertility-window calculation, and supplement eligibility logic do not involve an LLM and the data used for them stays on our infrastructure. Text summaries shown in the App may be AI-generated as described in §3.

We may also share Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights.
Conceivable does not share, sell, or use any data from the App for advertising. The App contains no behavioral advertising or third-party ad networks.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. You also have the right to data portability, to withdraw consent, to object to specific uses, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us via §14.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Conceivable does not sell personal information. Email privacy@conceivable.com.
You can delete your account and associated data from the App's Settings. Deletions cascade across our systems and are honored when we receive account-deletion signals from Apple or Google.

The App is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our processors operate.
Conceivable Period is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is designed to support your wellness journey by offering educational information, lifestyle guidance, and cycle-tracking tools. It is not intended to replace the advice of a qualified healthcare professional.
The Conceivable Score, supplement recommendations, meal plans, and any content generated by the AI care team (Kai, Olive, Seren, Atlas) are for informational and educational purposes only. They should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult your doctor or other qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, nutrition plan, or exercise program, or if you have questions about a medical condition. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
Supplement recommendations provided in the App are not FDA-evaluated claims. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email; the Last updated date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
